The lovely Mr & Mrs Nixon married at the beautiful Eddleston Parish Church and had their reception at Cringletie Castle near Peebles. It was a beautiful day with an emotional ceremony and lots of tears of joy and happiness all day. Victoria had her two beautiful nieces as flowergirls and her and Jon’s sisters as Bridesmaids. Victoria got ready at her parents stunning home in Morningside which was a real treat for me as the photo opportunities were endless!
What I particularly loved about this wedding was the relaxed style with everyone having such a good time and you can see this with all the smiles and giggles in the photographs. Victoria and Jon are so perfect for each other and a genuinely lovely couple, so in love. I also loved the cathedral veil which made for some fun photographs when it got wrapped around Jon or the guests or even fell off at times when the wind picked up.
The evening was fantastic with a beautiful meal and heart felt speeches, then onto the cutting of the cake and dancing. This lot loved their music and dancing, which again was great to capture. Thank you for choosing me to capture your perfect day.
This is what Victoria & Jon had to say about the photographs…..”They are beautiful! I’m so grateful because you gave us the best memories and brought it all back for us to relive. You were amazing and the photographs are more than I could have wished for. Thank you for everything. I feel so lucky to have had you with us! You are so talented”
Thank you! Love Natalie xoxo
